PETER E. BRONSTEINPeter is a native New Yorker and is a graduate of Harvard College (cum laude) and the University of Virginia Law School, and has been admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, the Southern District of New York, and the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1968. He has lectured on topics concerning matrimonial law for the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers, the Practicing Law Institute, the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association and other groups. He has written articles that have appeared, among other places, in the New York Law Journal, the New York State Bar Journal, and the American Bar Association's Family Law Quarterly and the Syracuse Law Review. Chapters he has written on the trial of matrimonial matters appear in books on matrimonial law published by Prentice Hall and Matthew Bender. He recently was the co-author of New York Family Law Strategies published by Aspatore (2009). He served as the youngest ever chairman of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, as the Family Law Section delegate to the House of Delegates of that Association, as a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of that Association, as well as a member of the Committee on Matrimonial Law of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Peter has also appeared on the major local and national television networks to comment on various developments in the area of family law, including ABC News's "Nightline" and "The Oprah Winfrey Show." He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and has been chosen as a Superlawyer by New York Magazine. Peter is married and has three children.
MATTHEW FEIGIN
Matthew is a graduate of Yale College (magna cum laude), Harvard Law School (also magna cum laude), and Harvards John F. Kennedy School of Government. He was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. He has been admitted to the New York and Maryland bars. He held a Skadden Fellowship with the Community Law Center in Baltimore, where he represented neighborhood associations on a range of issues, including real estate matters, contractual disputes, and nuisance abatement. From 2005 to 2011, he served in the New York City Mayors Office. He pursued the Citys lawsuits against owners of problem properties, especially those used for the sale of counterfeit trademarked goods. Matthew then moved into a policy role and worked on relations with the District Attorneys Offices and other agencies, not only on criminal justice but also on immigration, federal stimulus grants, and many other matters. He played a central role in Mayor Bloombergs battle against illegal guns, including litigation against out-of-state firearms dealers who had supplied numerous guns used in New York City crime. During college, he was a humor writer for the Yale Precision Marching Band.

Eric is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a 2007 graduate of Emory University School of Law. Since his admission to the New York Bar, Mr. Buckley has worked exclusively on matrimonial matters for Bronstein Van Veen.
